I just realized after hitting "publish" on this particular post that pretty much all of the listings I've been in lately within Seattle city limits have not had this poster on the premises. This makes me wonder how many agents are not putting it in their listings. Hmmm? Has anyone else noticed a lack of posting of the document?

As member of said "young couple" (thanks for the compliment, though we hardly would agree), I concur with your assessment. Not being able to enter and inspect rooms otherwise occupied by wandering kittens or children who wanted to show us the kittens (don't get us wrong - we love kids) and being delayed is not the best way to sell us your house. Interestingly, that house was taken off the market, presumably not sold. Hmmm...was it the kittens or the paint color test patches on the walls perhaps that tipped the seller off that the house wasn't quite ready for market? Nevertheless, it was an educational tour for us with Team Reba's captain. Mahalo!
